Dada and Ba get a Swing for Krish!

In August, Dada and Ba also came to visit Krish in San Francisco and discovered his love for swings!  Thus, Krish received the best present he could ever imagine getting...a swing!  He was so excited during the assembly of it and waited so anxiously to finally start swinging.  It was the sweetest thing I've ever seen.  My little lovebug just loves swinging!

Our 3-Year Wedding Anniversary

On our 3-Year Wedding Anniversary, September 1, 2010, we went to Half Moon Bay and enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing day at the Ritz Carlton Spa while Vivek Kaka and Krishna Kaki graciously offered to take care of Krish for the day.  It was definitely hard to leave our little lovebug for the first time since we moved to San Mateo, but I think he had a really great time with his Kaka and Kaki! :)  We were so lucky to have their help while we were living in San Mateo and were thankful for the opportunity to enjoy a date together!  Half Moon Bay has a special place in our hearts now! :)

Himani's Birthday and Meeting Lilu Mami!

On August 12th, we visited our SF family in Cupertino to celebrate Himani's 3rd Birthday.  Krish got to meet all of his aunts and uncles there, including Bhaven Mama, Divek Mama, Chirag Mama, Vivek Mama, and Himani Masi!  He also met Lilu Mami for the first time!  He had such a blast being with all the kids and family there.  I know he looks forward to our next get-together or visit to Cupertino!

Playing at Home with More California Family!

In August, Pranav Mama came to visit Krish and to celebrate Raksha Bandan.  Krish had so much fun meeting Pranav Mama again after five months!  In fact, throughout August and September Krish got playtime visits from Tanya Masi, Roshan Kaka, Krishna Kaki and Sonali Foi!  He is such a lucky little boy to get such great quality time with his aunts and uncles!

Krish's First Raksha Bandan!

Krish's first Raksha Bandan experience was at Lila Bhen and Diya Bhen's house.  He enjoyed wearing his rakhee with pride after Lila Bhen tied it on him!  Hopefully this will be our yearly tradition!

Monterey Bay Aquarium - July 17, 2010

Another family trip we took when we moved out to the Bay Area was to Monterey, CA.  We visited the Monterey Bay Aquarium ,17-Mile Drive and Pebble Beach!  Krish had a lot of fun seeing marine life for the first time!  Overall, I think he just enjoyed the trip and hanging out with all the family. :)

Meeting San Francisco Family and Friends!

When we moved out to San Francisco in July, Krish was excited to meet his California family and friends!  He always had a blast playing with Vivek Kaka and Krishna Kaki and also Sonali Foi and Ami Foi (who was visiting SF at the time).
